1. Order Processing

Upon successful payment via Stripe, customers will receive an order confirmation email containing order details, payment confirmation, and an estimated delivery date.

1.2 Order Verification
To prevent fraud, we may verify orders by contacting the customer directly. If necessary, additional documentation may be requested.

1.3 Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within within 1-2 business days from the time of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping and Delivery

We offer a variety of shipping methods, including standard and expedited options. Shipping times and costs vary based on the destination and selected shipping method.

2.2 Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email to monitor their package’s progress.

Customers may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving their order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Some items may be non-returnable or subject to a restocking fee. Returns or refunds are not provided for any coaching services provided

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization. Include the order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3.3 Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Note that Stripe’s processing times may affect when the refund appears in your account.

3.4 Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
