2. Important Disclaimer — Not Therapy

CHOOSING_NEW provides life coaching services only. Our coaches are not licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, or medical professionals. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, counseling, medical advice, or legal counsel. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or purchase any services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Community Access

Certain features of our Site and services, including community access and our mobile app, may require you to create an account. You agree to:

Stripe may perform payment verification, including temporary holds or pre-authorization charges, which will be removed once verification is complete.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Coaching sessions: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded or rescheduled.
Group programs and workshops: Refund eligibility depends on the specific program. Please review the details provided at the time of purchase or contact us for clarification.
Digital content and community access: Due to the nature of digital products and community access, these purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

7. Community Guidelines

When participating in any CHOOSING_NEW community space — including group coaching sessions, the mobile app, forums, or workshops — you agree to:

Treat all participants with respect and dignity.
Maintain the confidentiality of anything shared by other members. What is shared in the group stays in the group.
Refrain from harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind.
Refrain from soliciting, promoting, or selling products or services to other members without prior approval.
Refrain from sharing explicit, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate content.

We reserve the right to remove any member from our community spaces at any time for violations of these guidelines, without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, course materials, and software — is the property of CHOOSING_NEW or its content creators and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

9. User-Generated Content

By posting, submitting, or sharing content in any CHOOSING_NEW community space, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
